“The food was lovely, I had applewood smoked cheese and pickle sandwich. My daughter had cheesy nachos. It was all lovely. The young gentleman who served us was lovely. But when it came to our order for 2 latte's and two strawberry tarts, the service died. Our strawberry tarts came, no coffees. We started to eat our strawberry tarts, still no coffees. I was watching the two girls who take the orders, payments and bring the coffees, teas. The two of them stood there chatting, no one went anywhere near the coffee maker. Half way through our strawberry tarts, my daughter went and asked where our coffees were. They were standing talking. A dark haired girl and a blonde. Our coffees arrive soon after that. As my daughter works in a very busy restaurant, as a supervisor, her rule is, cakes come out with or just before the coffee.”
