Staff miserable, not clearly happy at their work! Not a smile or thank you. Very dark and dingy looking place, won't be back! Compared to other Costa locally where staff are very friendly and helpful.

The place is filthy .. the chairs are stained and disgusting, if I go into Costa where my daughter works at next its spotless...won't be going back ...Starbucks from now on .

Think it was a new girl I was trying to get points on my card but it wouldn't load .Girl finished the transaction.She was possibly new to the position .Very busy when we were in.

New blend coffee for 25p extra.Always had high hopes for this place, never got to use it as much a I thought I would. Not a second office.
