Has drastically went down in quality.Have had 3 or 4 orders delivered that are no where close to being right.Husband ordered cookie dough with milk choc sauce and ice cream and when it arrived it had strawberry sauce no choc (????) And no ice creamI ordered fizzy dummies and what I got delivered was these blue worm things.And ordered a raspberry ice blast and received a multi coloured one with hardly any syrup just juice-less ice at the top.Messaged to let them know - just incase the driver had delivered the wrong one but the message was just left on read.Won't be ordering again as its quite expensive as well which wasn't an issue when they sent what I actually ordered buy I grudge paying money for them to play Russian Roulette with the order and send whatever they feel like.Shame really as it used to be a decent place.

Unbelievable just got delivery Ice cream with flake but no flake so calls to be told they will send it down next time someone down this way I said that's no good so was then told next time I ordered I would get something for free 1 hr later a flake arrives at my door no good to me and so I called I was then told that's all I was getting a d that I should not have been told I would get it next time all they had to do was give me the flake free next time I would've been happy but that's not what they do I was told when asked to speak to the owner I was told no as they are on holiday and she would let them no. I'm not holding my breath for a call back but a £16 order won't be getting my money again would prefer 0 stars on this occasion but 1 will have to do!!
Partner and I order waffle to share couple times, first time it was left at the door and no one knocked or marked it as delivered, didn't get it till much later and was cold by then. Ordered tonight waffle with extra cream and diet coke, didn't get the cream and was regular coke instead of diet and didn't give explanation ??♀️ apart from those 2 times lovely desserts and friendly service ☺️ recommend.

Lots of staff available in this store.I stood alongside another customer for approx 10 mins and was ignored, they were making up online orders.Staff friendly, but not wearing gloves when handling ice cream cones, also wearing nail varnish ect, and no hair coverings.Shop is bright and well decorated. Menu is vast.Parking can be a nightmare close to the shop.Prices are reasonable.Our chocolate covered waffle cones were soft, and on this occasion we did not return to the store to complain.

just been into shop to purchase few ice creams and sweets, we asked instead of the munchie box could we get them in bags staff always obliged to this, but tonight a member of staff going by the name of "mandy" decided to be extremely rude towards us because the last time we went the shop charges 30p for card transaction and we weren't to happy to pay that. so because of that she went like a crazy woman refusing to give us what we wanted as same as always. the owners son who was serving was reluctant to give me information of the owner. poor poor customer service and on his behalf poor supervisor skills allowing a member of staff to be so rude.
