We had a voucher from Christmas to use and used it tonight to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary today, on arrival the car park and around the front entrance was clean, inside was bright with soft lighting, we were greeted by a lovely young man who showed us to our table which we were delighted with as it was a window table and looked across Barr Loch, we chose our starters and mains, chicken liver pate and a prawn cocktail, mains were bacon cheese burger and fries and fish and chunky chips, then came dessert, chocolate ice cream and a mini Eton mess, we both had a couple of soft drinks, all 3 courses were amazing and plentiful, all the staff are lovely, friendly and courtesy at all times, we will definitely be back and highly recommend to friends and family.Dietary restrictions: They have a Gluten free menu.

Nice decor and surroundings. Outside decked area with water feature looked particularly nice when weather up to it. Service was fine - fast enough and pleasant. Food let it down. Toastie was overdone (burnt). Katsu chicken burger was so dry and solid that the blunt knife took about 1 minute to saw through each bit. Overpriced for quality of food sadly.

Went here for my birthday last year I have a milk allergy and the waiter staff did not have a clue got what I thought was the manager every meal was off limits except for burgers over priced and staff not that nice I did let them know the week before I had this allergy would not go back for a burger. There where 5 of us the rest of the party said it was not great .

Good food but although the menu looks good at first it's fairly restrictive but as I said the food is good and the staff are pleasant and effective and it's a lovely location and an excellent ambienceAs you enter there is a great selection of cakes but they are not on the menu, neither is ice cream maybe offer guests to go pick from the non menu selection.In conclusion an excellent restaurant
