I ordered a delivery on Fife eats. From K and K Methil on Saturday 20th January 2024 at 17.09 order was accepted at 17.11, was told would be delivered on or before 18.05 at 18.10 was told my delivery was out and would be with me soon. Then at 18.35 I phoned back to be told it was still out and would be with me soon. I told her was not happy as if it was out all that time then it would be frozen. At 18.40 still on the phone the delivery arrived, as suspected frozen, was told they would send a new order, to which I said when I’ve waited an hour and a half for that one don’t want to wait another. I suggested they send a new one with the driver and I would give them the old one then. Then some ignorant woman came on the phone shouting about her girls and not going to argue with me. I am sorry but I was nothing but nice, and received nothing but abuse back. Disgusting way to run a business I realise they are busy but giving customers grief for a legitimate complaint is not on. It is now 19.00 and I still haven’t received my new order.

If I cud have given zero stars I wid have....so disappointed with wat has happened....order wrong and charged extra....tryed calling to be told I'm a liar and that no food will be changed or replaced....Mrs mcghee , owner apparently....won't be bak and wud urge all to order with caution....

This chip shop never gets bad. Been going here for food for many years. Always visit this place when we come up from England. Tasty food and all of us(5) love this place. Top marks.

Normally never have any complaints here but tonight the fish((or lack of it))was awful..called up to let them know and I was told the fish was coming in really small,,it was nearly all batter,,I was told I was the only person who complained about it,,I said that if its coming in so small they should put an extra piece in..wasn't even offered anything else it even a discount next time..if I'm paying £20 for a meal,I at least want to be able to eat it...poor show on meal and whoever answered the phone.?

Not happy with tonight's order batter all hanging off and stuck to paper was warm when I got it ordered kids chicken nuggets meal didn't get the juice or sweet like advertised really went down hill

Friendly staff, clean shop, good portion size, fish cooked to order and worth the wait. But like ANY other chip shop don't take your food away in the supplied plastic carry bag, plastic makes the food sweat and in my experience makes it soggie.

Great value for money, biggest Suppers anywhere in Scotland and always lightly cooked which I like coz I can taste the Potatoes,Fish,Haggis,Red Pudding ,what I've ordered and not crunchy fat. This Chippy puts the rest to shame, places like Imries,Rinaldis and anywhere else that's turning out overcrispy bits of dried batter should shut down coz they're just ripping people off. Those places must be artificially boosting their reviews to catch the gullible ,don't fall for it, if you're in Levenmouth come to K+K.It is awkward how they are cash only, but you know now. I'd sooner have the inconvenience of taking cash out an ATM on my way than being ripped off for a Supper I can break my teeth on and end up binning and still going hungry.Parking: The 3 or 4 spaces directly outside are always busy ,coz delivery drivers use them ,but there are ample spaces either side and across the street if you don't mind walking 20ft.Delivery Charge is only about £1.50 locally and worth it if you're busy at home or disabled.

Yes we were visiting from Glasgow, Friendly staff, very fresh well cooked chips and a lovely red pudding and sausage, better than Glasgow chippies for sure, warmed us up a treat xx Great value as well xx
