I ordered a pizza for delivery at 8:30pm and it was delivered at 5:50pm! I should’ve given it back to the driver but I decided just to take it. When I tasted it, it was barely lukewarm. I phoned the shop and was told that the early delivery was because of some issue with their new order system and they can’t read the required delivery time when they receive the order! Why use that system then? When I said the food was barely lukewarm he said I could have another delivery at 8:30 but when I said I had eaten a slice of the pizza I was told I couldn’t have a replacement. How the hell would I know it wasn’t hot until I tried it! I told him this was my first order and it would be my last and he didn’t even seem to care. There are too many good takeaways in this area to accept poor food and service from a (at best) mediocre establishment

It was OK portion sizes good but I don't know what they were trying to pass off as pepperoni it was disgusting.

Been a Miami customer for 20 years, have always loved the pizzas and chips and cheese from here. The last twice I’ve had chips and cheese has been a total disappointment, don’t know if they’ve changed the cheese, or the chips, or both! But the portion size is much smaller, less cheese and the quality of chips and cheese was really poor. Pizza was burnt, and also a let down! It’s like the prices have went up and quality and quantity have went down! Doubt I’ll be back :(

Nightmare waited a hour and got cold pizza poor service
I have ordered food from Miami for a very long time now and food is always hot, arrives on time and good. But tonight I must say was just an eye opener I ordered 2 kebabs one with full salad and 1 with tomato & lettuce and was clearly not read as both kebabs arrived with full salad on both. Then to top it of the kebab meat salad and sauce were placed on top of the pitta bread not inside it like it should be. clearly lack of staff paying attention. There was that much garlic sauce on the kebab it covered the green colour from the lettuce. which just made the whole kebab worse.

Feel bad for the delivery drivers having to sit and cope with that next to them in an Amazon delivery box, I got half pepperoni half cheese and it was disgusting the pepperoni looked like my pal mikeys nips and it spicy pizza was minging and tasted very sour. Never ordering from here again. Also I have a picture of it.

me and my mates ordered 2 pizzas because we were Hank Marvin Starving, we waited a pure hour and it was the longest hour of my 54 years of living, when it arrived the peperoni looked like my pal mikeys circles and the spicy chicken was absolutely ranky danky

Ordered 2 pizzas and came with pepperonis looking like my pals micheal Kelly’s chest circles. Also got delivered after 1 hour of waiting, the spicy pizza was minging and was cold, speaking of spicy I need a poo.
