Went to wash car in the dark and car wash lights never got turned on until I was almost finished washing car.. I wouldn't buy fuel here as at one point I know it was the most expensive fuel station in the UK.. Something just doesn't sit right with the way it's managed

Using this place to do our washing and drying you notice that the staff are routine in their negligent attitude to the simple task of attending a petrol station.Firstly, there is a member of staff who will lock the door early (as early as quarter to nine) and sit on his phone. He's removed the buzzer that was there so you could ring for his attention too. Because that way when you knock on the glass, he can ignore you.I've been in a queue waiting behind two people who are waiting on this member of staff bothering to look up from their phone. For around 20 minutes. To which one member of the queue told me 'he does this all the time'.I went and knocked on the door and watched his hand twitch like he was going to put the phone down. But no, he just thinks about it then goes back to getting paid to look at his phone and everyone goes back to waiting. Because other than a full on raid through the doors, there isn't much that can be done.Simple questions like 'who do you call for this machine taking my money?' Are met with grunts that a caveman would find primalistic. There is one good member of staff, she'll know who she is, because she's friendly and kind even to road wary travelers who might be a bit rough or not in the mood to chat. However the majority of times I've been down there is on the night shift. Which seems to be run by people who found primary school word search to be the height of their intellectual capacity.Rating 1 star because its infuriating and hopefully if you had a plan to come here or elsewhere, that you'll go elsewhere.

One star is being generous. We have unfortunately had to use this garage a bit more due to our washing machine being broken and them having washer/dryers on sight. They charge £5 and £10 for various weights of washing loads (rip off to start off with)When we are waiting we will often go in to get a snack or drink and my god you would be better walking to the local Sainsbury’s and save yourself the money. They charge an exorbitant amount of money for food that has been more than once out of date. The insight toilet is nothing short of disgusting, unclean and unkept. The staff are downright rude and will ignore customers openly. And if you dare to visit the premise late at night the rude night staff will stand just out of line of sight to avoid doing their job at all costs-to the point you have to bang on the window multiple times to get his attention. The air/car hoover machines hardly work, if they do they swallow your money and do not work. The washing machine services do the same thing and the card machine on it does not work.If you ask for money back you are treated like a liar and you are greeted with lots of shoulder shrugs and excuses of “aw I can’t do anything it’s the boss who will fix it”You will then be promised a phone call from the manager-don’t waste your time. You will inevitably have to go down and demand your money back.Just go somewhere else you will save money and not raise your blood pressure from the pure rage you will surely encounter at this garage.

Expensive for even a shell service station.

I went in to get coffee using the coffee machine. I think someone must have already started an order because I put a cup in and literally only tapped the screen once and it started making a coffee. I told the lady at the counter and she was SO rude to me. She basically accused me multiple times of lying and that it was my coffee and I needed to pay for it!First of all, why would I use a small cup for a large coffee if it was my order, I also didn't even know what was ordered. Why would I bother telling her? What possible benefit was there for me? I walked out without a coffee with her shouting after me. I just wanted a latte and left feeling extremely judged and offended and treated like a thief!

The woman called Thara Jana is very rude, as someone who suffers from a disability I was made to feel unwelcome in the store, speaking to me like dirt. She charged me the wrong amount by card, then she started shouting at me as if it was my fault.Refused to process a card refund. Eventually gave me a refund in cash, while visibly angry, slamming the till and dumping the money on the counter.Other customer had to step in to tell the attendant to calm down. Tried to take my receipt off me after I got my refund, probably because her name was printed on the receipt! Not sure why this behaviour is happening in a petrol station, was very strange. Won't be back.

Will never get fuel from here again. They recently made the news by putting there diesel up to £1.99 per litre. Sainsburys less than a 2 minute drive away had deisel on the same day at at £1.60 per litre.Shame on these people for taking advantage on high fuel prices while people are struggling with costs going up across the board.

Cindy Menmuir

Absolutely shocking ... their prices are daylight robbery can't imagine why anyone would use this garage for fuel or goods.. its fine if you want to pay an average of £20 a tank more... won't ever use this place again .. would rather push the car than pay them for fuel

Joanne marshall

Dearest fuel in fife! Utterly disgusting feeding off the current situation and overcharging people for fuel 199.9 a litre yesterday for diesel. They should be ashamed of themselves. Can only hope there greed gets the better of them!
