“A lovely summer evening and we enjoyed a delicious dinner here. We’d been gifted a voucher for a 3 course dinner for two. (Just a little note, as luckily we asked when we arrived… the voucher covers food only, not drinks, so make sure your food total meets the face value of your voucher) The service was good, mostly friendly young people and a more experienced guy running the show. The pace of service was good, as we hate to be rushed. Our food was delicious. The ‘pistachio goats cheese with beetroot carpaccio and chocolate vinaigrette’ was tasty, but the decorative dark chocolate drops were perhaps a step too far! My vegetarian tart was delicious, if a tad over salted. We had a little peek at the hotel gardens after dinner, very pretty.”
