Food is usually outstanding. I usually order chicken and rice for work. However I've been put off completely. The rice is always clumped together with most of it being plain rice and the chicken is always dry, burnt and gummy. Very disappointing. Seems to only be recently that the food has been getting bad.

It used to be good, but after the last order I will not order anything here any ore. I have ordered my favourote qeusadilla meal with piri piri fries for delivery. Food that arrived was cold, fries were plain even though I paid extra for piri-piri spices, qeusadilla was burned and dry. I paid for extra cheese and there was barely any cheese inside. It's better to go to Nandos

I been there for first time with my brother and we was asking for chicken and rice and we told this lady was working there for 4 times please not hot or spicy and she said ok we can make it not spicy and we was had chicken and rice but food was very spicy and I told her I said food spicy but she was still saying nooooo that’s not spicy and we didn’t eat food and 100% not coming back anymore ????

Bought food for 3 people. The customer service was rude. After getting our food we asked for some plates. By that time gentleman who was wearing a turban looked at us like we did something wrong to them. He was staring. We asked for Drinking water as well the water had something inside that.I know you are making food for us. like that we paying for the food what you making for us. So I wanted to let you know that you are not making food for free for people. You are charging a high price for the food and we are ready to pay just because that tastes amazing. So I request to be nice to people. Smile costs nothing. So I strongly recommend the management to Train the staff Or to change the staff.

This location for order pickups is the worst. I had to wait for more than 1.3 hours in the store after ordering online. When I finally collected my order, it was missing items. When I called to inform them, they didn't even offer an apology. I recommend sticking to the one in town. I've never received my food on time from this place.
