“Often passed over the last 35years but never been in until today. Well worth the visit. We only had the 2-course lunch deal and sat in the public bar but the food was excellent, and really good value. Taking a look at the a la carte menu still looked decent for lunch or for dinner.However without doubt book ahead and arrive in good time. The parking is limited and gets busy, the local roads are narrow so alternative parking is difficult.”

As with most places in the area wine is relatively expensive.Always busy whilst there, staff did a good job and food arrived in good time.Bao bun starter was great, very tasty. Main was the seafood platter. A bit heavy with the batter and portion size, chowder was the highlight.Would recommend and will go again.”
