As a chippy, it definitely isn't one of the best but they do have good kebabs. Both the lamb and chicken kebabs are worth a try.Good luck getting through on the phone though. They never pick up. It just rings and rings.

Dreadful fish & chips. If I hadn't been so hungry, I'd have taken it back for a refund.Fish was swimming in grease. Ironically, the chips were passable.1st & last visit to this "plaice"

Such friendly stuff and such good foot comes hot and does the best fish supper in the town

Having lived in Nairn for 2 years and always used Friar's Tuck thought we'd try somewhere else for a change. The Caley's fish supper was probably one of the worst I've ever had. The batter stuck to the box top then just fell off the fish. The chips were terrible, soggy and some still hard inside. Everything was very very greasy. Never again. Back to the reliable Friar's Tuck next time.

Great food all cooked fresh and worth the wait, prices are reasonable as well for the size of the portions

I really enjoyed the food from this establishment! We ordered three kebabs and there was more than enough kebab meat for a decent meal. The sauces and vegetables were also ample and came in separate boxes. To cap it all the large portion of chips was well sized and the chips were cooked and tasted great!!

Excellent food, I had the mixed roast, venison, beef and chicken. All of it was flavourful and tender. My wife and mother in law had the vege curry and requested differing strengths of spicy heat. The chef delivered. The staff were friendly and professional, and there was a lovely relaxed feel to a place that looks quite posh. Highly recommended.

Probably the best haddock supper in Nairn these days. Freshly cooked while you wait. They don't deliver but it's a small price to pay. I'd rather have a nice fresh fish supper than one that smells over-fishy like some other chippies in the town. Pleasant and efficient, polite staff make for a pleasing takeaway meal.
