Went with the wife and kids today for some hot chocolate. The wife and kids loved it, I have to be honest it’s one of the poorest hot chocolates in Nairn. Now, I gave 5 starts because this was my taste and not the general. The staff were friendly, the service was quick and the seating with blankets on a cool day is amazing.

Great coffee after beach walk. Outdoor seating under cover, blankets supplied! Food looked good - we just shared a flapjack.

Despite the great ice cream, James's rude attitude towards my grandmother left us very disappointed.For example, she was very excited to get the ice cream that she usually gets, it happened to not be there today and he pointed to the board and said "well is it on there" (to make her feel quite stupid). He also rushed her quite alot and wasn't giving her the chance to think.I am just up visiting, and was looking forward to getting ice cream with them, as they seem to really enjoy this place but his attitude made me upset to see my grandmother treated like that.

Jame's has the best ice cream hands down! Great selection of flavours which they have on rotation so you never know what you will find! Maltesers, apple crumble, strawberry & balsamic (trust me it works), cranachan... Plus they have I've cream bubble waffles which I am yet to try... They are huge ?. Only real (unavoidable) downside is the queue can sometimes be very long.Dietary restrictions: They have vegan options

Disappointed I was really looking forward to a bubble waffle after treating my boy to some ice cream the week before. Their were no ice cream flavours that sounded very nice when I went today. There were a number of nice flavours available when I took my son the week before. The ice cream were very good value for money. Also disappointed there were no sugar free syrups available for coffee.

This place is amazing! Homemade ice cream & homemade cakes! Hubby says coffees are great too! The blankets on the outdoor seating is just a lovely addition! The bubble waffles also homemade & are delicious

Had ice cream, flapjack and tea. All were excellent especially the lemon curd ice cream. Great location.

It’s a great idea to have this place on the Putting Green !Nice ice cream but £5.90 for a decaffeinated Chai Latte seems a bit steep to me .
