I went last Tuesday with my 3 children and ex husband and I decided order the big Mac, and I would With out a doubt say that it may have been the BEST big Mac I have had in my 57 years of existence. The burger bun was toasted to perfect. The burger patty was juicy and succulent. The lettuce? Crisp, the most refreshing piece of lettuce I have ever had, and absolute marvel of culinary skill. TRULY INCREDIBLE. I could write a critically acclaimed novel about how good it was but I'll stop myself there. Well done KFC, it truly was finger licking good ❤️

I loved it the staff were so nice and pleasant the food was that of a 5-star restaurant 100% must go if you visit Nairn!!

Sadly one of our sandwiches had a dead fly in the salad. Which was only spotted (luckily) as I was picking out some of the Jalapenos. We returned the sandwiches and got a refund without any trouble.A bit concerning from a food safety point of view as the fly must have been in the salad fridge for a while.

I came in on Monday the staff was so rude not a thank you on site never coming the older lady was more interested in having a conversation about shoes to the other young girl won’t be returning
Ok...to be honest, I love subway, quick and simple food for when you can't be bothered making lunch, but this is now the 7th occasion where our food has been terrible and it's the final nail in the coffin.Often the delivery takes an hour+ and usually that's fine, I don't mind waiting for food that's good, but when the food is freezing, under done and poorly presented, it just becomes unacceptable.4 times I've had to either remove or add ingredients that I've asked for as there's either too little or far too much and had to toast/reheat the subs every time because they're cold or just not toasted at all. I understand that it won't be perfect 100% of the time...but it's never been a 100% correct order since we started ordering from there.Lastly, too often is an item missing or just completely wrong, please fix this, as it's the only lunch takeaway in town it's a stupid array of issues to be consistently having.

Was on holiday in Scotland from Wales I am a bit of a Scotland fan went in this subway for a quick lunch for 5 of us.Eating area clean and tidy staff helpful I had to repeat myself once or twice but with a Welsh accent and wearing a mask didn't help I guess lol ?Saying that the orders were all correct and lovely. So did the job and feed us all.
