Just had a pizza from here tonight. Best in town. I called it in the lady was so polite on the phone and very helpful. First class service and very delicious. Will definitely be back WOWVegetarian options: Yummy

Ordered online sweetcorn and pineapple pizza, but a sweetcorn and chicken one was delivered instead :( not my fav as a vegetarian haha… the rest of the order was fine for my partner but then had a long wait for the right one to be delivered

Usually amazing but got this tonight. Binned the chips straight away. Either the oil needed changed or they have been re-heated. They were absolutely disgusting! Money down the drain. Not impressed at all. Dolphin all the way.

This would probably be the worst fish and chips I ever had. I was really looking forward to fish and chips. Fish was not fresh, and cooked in old oil, same with chips…tut tut I think you should be tasting your own food to check if it’s up to standard. Will never go there again.

Yet again pizza overdue. Driver is a cracking bloke. Manager who wouldn't give me the owners name to speak to him directly needs to learn a few things about customer satisfaction. I currently have £27 quid in customer loyalty points. Having redeemed many more. I most certainly will not be using this takeaway again.. You have now lost a regular.loyal customer. I doubt it this will even get a response. Your " manager" has a lot to learn. I believe the owner has another takeaway. Let's hope things will change..

Havnt used this place in a while as whenever I phoned for order. No one picks up. Tonight my son fancied pizza, so I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, NOPE rang 3 times now. Bo pick up. Let the last one ring FIFTY times. Now website says it's open. Sorry guys you've lost a sale for tonight as i opted for real pizza.

WORST chip shop in Nairn by a long way. Customer service is appalling. Manager is something else! Food is very mediocre for the prices they charge. Did i also mention the manager is a horrible ,clueless man with no customer service experience. Avoid at all cost.

Worst customer experience I have ever encountered rude (1 staff member the young ones were lovely) awful awful manger passive aggressive refused to listen to my grievance or cancel my order I was so upset as were the two ten year olds with me, the food was good but never ever have I experienced such poor customer service In my life to the point of bullying and I left in tears

Best haddock supper ever! Fish melted away in the mouth. Light batter perfect. Real thick chips fried in clean oil so tasty. Just a touch of salt and vinegar. A meal fit for a king,!!Parking: Busy but cars coming and going all the time with orders.
