It was nice stay in Glasgow, we called earlier and the Attendant (BEN) helped us out for finding the room and offering the service late night. We were coming from London and on our way to Edenburg from Glasgow and needed one night stay. Ben helped us to secure a room, although we reached hotel late, but he make sure that we go comfotabley stayed in our Room.Definately recommed for a night Stay.

The rooms are ok, the service isn't great and the food... well, like everywhere else in the UK. The biggest impudence, however, is to charge £15 for the premium WiFi, which gives you 5 Mbit... you don't necessarily have to see

This hotel is fairly decent, only stayed for one night as a stopover after a very long drive from South Wales. Location didn't really matter to me but it is quite far out of Glasgow City if that's a deciding factor for anyone. However, the price was extremely reasonable. The room was modern, flatscreen TV with all the usual channels, comfy bed, quiet surrounding area as well aa a large car park, can't really complain for such a good value hotel. I do think the vending machines in the reception area were a little tacky so I can't give it 5 stars because it's simply not a 5 star hotel - you get what you pay for.

I stay in premier inns all over the UK and this Motherwell one has to be on the list of worst ones. The building looks aged; it has however got a lot of parking. I checked in and was given a room that looks old too. I was given a room with two single beds that were joined together. One side of the bed was higher than the other and because of this I did not have good sleep. I did ask the lady downstairs as soon as I saw the bed but she said unfortunately, she could not do anything as all the customers have checked in (even though there was only like 10 cars parked outside). She did say she would move me the next day. I came back the next morning and the lady at reception said if there is one she will sort me out but said the hotel is completely booked. She could have changed my room and gave it to someone else. I can only sleep in awkward position. When I went to sleep my right side of my arm was higher than the bed and has caused my discomfort to my shoulders and now I have to walk around with discomfort shoulders for a week or two until it heals.

Booked this hotel as an overnighter, as returned from Lanzarote, flying into Edinburgh late evening (which actually turned out to be early following morning!). Had phoned the week prior to confirm late check in and Zöe cheerfully told us she had made a note on our booking. We eventually rocked up just before 3am after an epic flight (another story) and phoned reception soon as we hit the M8 to confirm on way. Hayley answered our call, was more than happy to help and said “no problem, just drive safely and we’ll be here to check you in”. She was, she did and made us feel very welcome, even at that unearthly hour. Could not do enough for us, put our breakfast booking back an hour and we headed to our rooms…. The photo attached epitomises our experience of the entire team there! None of us have ever stayed at a Premier Inn, (nor in fact any hotel and we’ve stayed in lots), where the whole team are genuinely pleased to help, seem very happy in their work and go out of their way to help wherever they can. The examples of Zöe and Hayley above were only our first impression. When we surfaced for breakfast later that morning, Fraser was on reception and was equally as cheerful, helpful and concerned that we had enjoyed our ‘nights’ sleep. We headed into breakfast next door at the Beefeater and the Manager (Leeds lad, sorry did not ask his name) was really friendly, helpful and made sure we were all sorted for breakfast, including my wife who is Coeliac, so gluten free options were explained. The choice for all of us was excellent, the quality and quantity of food fantastic and all the staff there were brilliant too. Went back to hotel to pack up and check out, to find housekeeping and maintenance team hard at work. Everyone had a cherry smile and a ‘good morning’. Even the maintenance guy who knocked on the door to check the heating said he would come back later as we were leaving, but asked “can I give you a hand with your luggage”!!!! Amazing service from the whole team and cannot recommend highly enough Wished I could name-check every single person we met, as each was friendly, professional, welcoming and eager to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Will not hesitate to book there again, if anywhere remotely nearby and what a credit to Premier Inn and Beefeater the teams of people were. Not sure what they put in the water in Newhouse, but our all to brief of Scottish hospitality was very much appreciated and made for a memorable end to our holiday. Huge thanks Kyle, to you and your team!

Good hotel this. Staff were great and rooms nice and clean. Breakfast was nice with loads to choose from. Not much to do near by but that was reflected in the price. Good place for a stop over if travelling. Recommended.
