“I’ll have to think extremely carefully about when I last enjoyed a dining experience more delicious, well presented, or more perfectly seasoned than this. This is the restaurant attached to Parklands Hotel.

My choices were crab, sea bass, and the chocolate and hazelnut dessert. The crab was sublime, succulent and just the correct sliver of sweet. The sea bass was exceptionally tender whilst maintaining a perfect crisp skin, with a delectable texture. To finish the chocolate and hazelnut dessert was just sublime, a lovely honeycomb snap adorned it, with a balanced hazelnut ice cream and chocolate ganache.

Service was attentive and at the perfect pace, with a well made espresso to complement the experience.

Really it’s a gem of a place, that I look forward to returning to in the future!”
