Service is so so slow. Been going up and down to Perth past few weeks. Forgot to leave at least 30 minutes to get served. Waiting 20 minutes for just a sprite but had to leave it to catch train.

Everytime I go something is wrong. Sometimes it's fine and the staff are alright. They either never have stuff in stock, the hot chocolates I got today were horrible (tasted like warm milk) and the staff always seems over worked or stressed out which isn't fair on them. It's a train station costa, perth train station deals with long hauls from the Highlands, wish it was more organised.

This is also the only place to buy newspapers, but tough if this is all you want - despite there being a separate till beside the papers, it's never manned, and you have to stand in the long slow coffee queue. Also very rude when I tried to just pay for paper.

Ordered an iced coffee, was alright. My son enjoyed the coffee so I suppose that was something. Staff were nice enough too.
Quick friendly service the Americans and latte were both nice and hot. Tables cleaned and nice comfortable seating area

A particular member of staff spoke to me in a very rude manner here, and I watched her act the exact same to other customers who came in after me, to which me and the other customers exchanged a shocked “how dare she†look. I am a waitress myself, so understand that everybody has bad days and can get overwhelmed/stressed, however taking it out on the customers is just unacceptable. I’m at this station a lot, but now I have been put off coming back in, which is a real shame.

Was not impressed with the staff. Very careless attitude and questionable hazelnut latte. As I stop there 3 or 4 times a week I have decided not to purchase coffee there. As the service is poor and reflective of training failing the staff and customers.
