Very very poor customer service some of my order was missing when I phoned the store they said there was nothing they could do. Would not be order from this store again very unhappy customer.

If you want hot food you are better travelling the extra 5mins to the Greggs in South Street as this one is constantly out of stock.

The place is nice and the food is delicious but the staff they are absolutely unprofessional specially the ltall man with glasses who working there .He all the time in stress and doesn't afford to service the customers well even he doesn't see well the numbers of the orders and can't get the attention on the details .His survice is horrible and so rude with the clients...

Had amazing experience today at Greggs. Customer service is amazing. Linda ( friendly lady who works there) and her colleagues went extra mile to make sure me and my pal got what we wanted. They was closing in 10 min, but that wasn't an issue. I worked, as a chef before and I know how last minute orders can be annoying, but as i said, Linda and her colleagues was excellent! Well done once more.
