I travel for my job and use greggs a lot. I use my own cup to reduce waste. However at this branch they use a takeaway cup to fill your own cup so not only do they waste a cup defeating the objective they also half filled the one I was using.The only one in the country to do this!!

My egg and bacon baguette was perfect. One star deducted because nice man serving me was so busy chatting with other customer while preparing my order that it took twice the time to serve me. I regretted asking for a cookie.Good news is... he will message her (not quite sure about what ?)

It's a Gregg's so the food is the same at them all but always warm/hot and always fast and efficient
The sausage rolls were not icy cold. Disappointing.
