Staff on drive through we're working non stop so ignoring everyone in the queue, which is completely understandable when there are staff for the queue. Only they completely ignore you too then don't even look at you when they serve you.I was given a number to take to my table so they could bring my panini over Only they stuck it in a bag and left it on the counter so I didn't know it was mine. Then wouldn't answer me when I asked.It feels like this is getting worse for this venue ?

Staff were moving about behind the scenes probably with the drive thru. Would have helped if they had acknowledged we were standing there, even if they couldn't serve us immediately.

Excellent store. Excellent staff and exceptional customer service. Good opening hours. Great atmosphere and layout. Very clean. Always nice to visit. Probably the best Starbucks out of all the stores.

Lovely Starbucks. Staff were lovely and got my pups a pup-cup. The restaurant seemed clean and I was served very quickly and my order was ready fast too. Would go back ?
I stop here often when I drive between Inverness and anywhere south and always stop here. It's always clean and every staff member I have encountered are particularly friendly and helpful . Thanks team!

We meet here regularly every morning to be precise. The staff are great but unfortunately the management needs looked at as the front entrance door has been broken since November 2023 and we are now at 10.01.2024 and the door has still not been repaired. This is resulting in the customers freezing inside and regularly having to get up to close the door to keep themselves warm. Get a grip guys as this is ridiculous that you can’t get someone out to carry out a simple repair to keep your patrons warm or we will take our business elsewhere!!

Fantastic place to stop on the A9, as a person with a disability I found this place fantastic. Parking bays perfect, wide doors, disabled toilets and friendly supportive staff!

Went to the drive thru with my husband, he managed to spill my flat white all over his balls and the you g man serving us was very speedy in getting napkins for him. He made me another coffee and brought it out whilst my husband mopped coffee up and I tried to control the laughter. Excellent service and great coffee.
