Chips are always luke warm, receipt on self service machine never works, staff always friendly. Need to up your game McDonald's.

I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru parking bay as I was asked to take a space and wait. As cars came and went I remained. Eventually I went into the restaurant to be told they had deleted my order and would need to start again. The restaurant was quiet, the drive thru not overly busy but the delivery orders seemed very busy, giving priority to deliveries seems to be the way things are going. Not happy. I got my money back and left. First time in over 20 years I’ve had a bad experience at this outlet.

Went in there quite late in the evening and there was a load of kids in there making a load of noise and swearing I was not overly impressed I'm a disabled person and needed to eat if it was not for that I would have just walked out food was also like warmParking: They do have 3 disabled parking bays that I used as being a disabled person

We sat in, the place was not warm! Food was OK, chips not the hottest they could have been. Place could have been cleaner, some tables look worn.

Would be great if my 11 year old who was trying to order online didn't get a threatening voicemail from some idiot telling her that he has forwarded her number onto the police. She accidentally called you for goodness sake.

Today's Big Mac was virtually cold and there was no caramel flavour in the caramel coffee.
Absolutely useless. Consistently get the order wrong. Today I got someone else’s order and then they argued with me regarding what I actually ordered and tried to tell me the had no record of it. I always order a plain cheeseburger but it’s never plain, tired of giving them chance after chance for the kids benefit from now on we’ll go to kfc across the road.

The McDonald's is a bit of a successful day and I will be in the car park at 10 30 tomorrow morning so we are on the bus to London now and then I can get the stuff that goes on the list of things ?
