order was being prepared and the supervisor came to the counter with very bad manners telling the waitress to send us away because it was getting close to closing time and our order would take more than five minutes to be ready. When we were already paying, he came back to the counter and again, in very bad manners and in front of us and other waiting customers, shouted at her that "this was the first and last time" and that "next time he had to say no to the customers" that "he is the supervisor and you do what he says". It was very unpleasant, although she was very polite and friendly at all times and prepared the order quickly.

Easy to see why Greggs is always busy. Great selection of both hot and cold food and drinks, tasty food and reasonable priced, the fudge donuts are amazing. Available for both takeaway's or sit in, although seating area in this outlet is quite small, therefore always busy. Good quick service with friendly and helpful staff. One star deducted as no hot potato wedges available on the day I my visit.

The gentleman was struggling with our order. Then the old pricing was displayed so they had to honour it. Coffees not very hot either

We visited before visiting the Enchanted Forest. 2 adults, 3 children. One member of staff was doing a stick take. He watched us, over the rim of his glasses, from the door to counter. My grandsons sat down and he shouted to the person behind the counter “They’re sitting in - don’t forget to charge the 20% extra” The server was very civil however the food was stone cold. We felt like our every move was being scrutinised. I have never felt so unwelcome anywhere!

A great place to come and view the local wildlife. Now famous for the red squirrel in the window and anywhere else it could hide! The food is good value too. Nothing fancy but ideal for a quick break at a fair price.

Visited hear today after the Highland games, there was a older fella on with tattoos on his arms, what a lovely person he is, striking up conversation and giving us a true Scottish welcome. From your scouse friends.
