False advice.Not happy with purchase...I asked if the jewellery was hypoallergenic as I can only wear such jewellery.I got informed by one of the employees that they were hypoallergenic.That is not the fact, not even an hour later my ears were oozing from the earrings.DO NOT TRUST EMPLOYEES.MISGUIDED INFORMATION.If I could give no stars I would.

Beautiful jewellery let down by salespersonI’ve never had to write a review with such a low score before and it’s a huge shame because Heathergems sells beautiful, unique jewellery which I would have liked to buy. I visited their store in Pitlochry recently and encountered an incredibly rude sales person. After 20 minutes or so looking at the jewellery, I’d decided which pieces I wanted to buy. Then, without any prior warning, at exactly 4.59 pm I was told ‘We’re closed now’ and my husband and I were shown the door. Clearly Heathergems don’t want my custom or my money - very disappointing.

You can learn the whole process and then look through the gift shop. Items are beautiful and reasonably priced. I think also having some items that are not dyed would be interesting.

Been visiting Heathergems for many years during our yearly visit to Pitlochry. Each year the variety of jewellery has dwindled. Disappointing on this visit. Used to stock a large range of jewellery and gems to buy but very limited choice now
