We stayed for four nights and everything was comfortable and clean. It seemed a long walk to our room which was difficult as I use a walking stick. The staff were always smiley and friendly. I didn't particularly enjoy the food from the restaurant next door. It was okay but nothing great. The staff there were really nice as well. Very friendly. The menu had a lot of X's due to the problem of getting ingredients.\\nI had never stayed at a premier Inn before but I would do it again as the important things were there. A comfortable bed with clean bedding.

Our stay was good, excellent food at the Brewers Fayre and staff in the Premier Inn were excellent as usual. It was close to the attractions we had come up to visit and located just outside the town cemtre.

Clean, pleasant \\u0026 polite reception staff. Bed and pillows were the most comfortable compared to all the hotels I have visited. Close to the amazing Kelpies sculptures and Helix park with great adventure play areas for children.

Stayed while visiting friends in Bo'ness so very convenient. It lives up to the premier in standard and staff are friendly and helpful. Right next to a large garden centre. Next door pub, Cadgers Brae open from breakfast and throughout.

It's a premier Inn what more do you need to know!! It is quiet, even being fairly close to the road. Welcome was probably one of the best I've had at a premier.

Amazing brand new hotel. Staff very friendly. There is a weatherspoons less than a minute walk and you can also see out to sea if your lucky enough to have a room at the front... Parking is limited but there is a pay and display next to premier inn car park.

With a chain like premier Inn you know what you are getting and as such the room has no surprises. Not that is a bad thin in this case a spacious room very comfortable beds and a good sized bathroom. What set this one apart was the staff who were very friendly and approachable, they helped with any requests we came up and their local knowledge was impressive.
