We ordered the chicken balls/rice and chips meals with wontons, so not an overly complicated order, and we live down the road, our order lost its tracking after an hour and 20 minutes, so I phoned in, they told me I was next in line so don't worry, 40 minutes later I phone back to check and they said again, I'm the next order don't worry, it came 10 minutes later, so a little over 2 hours for chips rice and won tons with no filling (honestly you just rolled up pastry and fried it? ) used to be a good spot but I'd avoid if possible ATM

2 hour wait on food. Chop suey was mixed peppers with no sauce oh and 4 bits of chicken.Curries were full chicken fat more onions than chicken.1st time using this chinese takeaway and now the last.

Very easy and professional web ordering service with countdown which was accurate. Friendly counter service and the food was enjoyable. A little dry on the bento and found a curry sauce a little bland but would use this again as parking is close to the shop at the rear, and they have a handy selection of dishes. This may be my 2nd choice takeout ? and portion sizes were good for the money. Overall about 4.5 ?Parking: Approx 15 spots behind /side of the shop shared with other shops but plenty of spaces free.

Unprofessional and rude. The lassie Ariel stood and argued on the phone over a wrong order, a mistake she made and not my daughter as I heard clear as day what my daughter asked for. I heard you laughing on the phone when my daughter stated the order, then you made out she was lying.Maybe get trained on your customer service skills, it bloody stinks!!!Ive been a customer for a while and i was apalled at the way you spoke to a paying customer over the phone.You have lost myself and my husband as a customer and i will be letting other ppl know of your rudeness
