No baskets at the door. I ended up finding one at a checkout (stacked atleast 30 high) no bags at the self checkout (there never is) plenty of staff doing nothing and chatting amongst themselves including management though

Went and took my 91 year old shopping there in the evening. The shelves were poorly stocked and empty crates where fully stocked should be. Virtually no choice of bread. Looks like it needs a refresh and some TLC.

New year's Eve, ordered an express delivery of around £80. A £6 bottle of wine they couldn't be bothered finding a substitute for and we all know there are plenty to choose from, some grated parma cheese and some grated normal cheese..I find it difficult to believe they've completely run out of cheese. As I had also ordered mince and pasta sauce it would have been apparent to anyone that the cheese was kinda important. So on new year's eve I have no money because it takes them 5 days to refund it. Happy new year asda?

Hello I was wondering why you don’t have EV charging when ever other Asda in Aberdeen dose, and your a main services stop on the A92

Pity Asda has not updated their site in the north east of Scotland in regard to the storms and road closures and no deliveries south to Montrose

Fuel prices at this store are disgraceful. 151.7p per litre for diesel today. 141.7p at an ASDA 5 miles from here!

Every morning. I walk through the doors at about 7:30am , and greeted with the smell of freshly baked Pain o chocolates and Chocolate croissant, 9/10 the Bakers in shop, with a smile and kind words will bag me up FRESH tasty treats. I love those people! Please give them praise for their work and I appreciate them, really sets my day off right!

After comparing to all stores next to Asda, I found Asda is the most expensive!!

A good shop with a great range of products. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Prices are decent but they have been inflated due to the cost of living crisis. Large tidy carpark with plenty space for parking.
The only reason we were in here is because it stocks something that the bridge of dee one has stopped stocking. Really annoying

Most of my shopping is from Asda , friendly helpful staff , and cheaper than most other places.

This is an amazing superstore. It is clean and well staffed. I have only ever gone there once and couldn't find what I wanted.... this is my go to for everything. The only problem I have are the plants that are always dying. Someone need to water them and I think that they could maybe plant some on their grounds or sponsor them to schools instead of letting them die. It's a little sad.

We have our shopping delivered from this store as both my wife and I are severely disabled. To say that the picking of our last 3 or 4 orders has been abysmal is putting it politely. All items marked for substitution so we know that can happen but 6 subs and 10 no picks on today's order is beyond a joke.Pizza counter in store, how then can fresh pizza prepared for you IN STORE be unavailable? This has happened half a dozen times in the past few months.Items that are 2 for ?, send 1 mark the other as unavailable. Why not just send 2 of the same product if that's the case?Having been a manager at different levels throughout my working career I despair at what appears to be a lack of staff training, the ability to think outside the box and not follow a scanner, care being taken whilst picking, customer service.I sympathise with delivery drivers as they are the crew who are customer facing and they should not have to apologise on behalf of colleagues who can't be bothered.
