Just got a pizza from you and the base was terrible. Also you usually give a few chips with single fish and this never happened. This is usually enough for me. So just disappointed that it wasn't as great. Took an hour for food to be delivered.

I ordered a pizza tonight and when it came and we first took a bit the cheese was clearly sour and had went off, after returning the pizza to the shop the women behind the counter took the pizza off me told me all the products were fresh and there was nothing she could do, she brought a huge bag of cheese out and invited me to stick my hand in to try it but realising it was cheese that would soon be on other customers food I was sensible enough to refuse.The women’s customer service was shocking. I approached her in a polite and calm manner only to have the box grabbed off me and told she wasn’t going to rectify the issue.The donner kebab I received in the mixed kebab was brick hard, dry and would go as far as to say the worse kebab I have had.Would leave a 0 if I could and would definitely recommend passing this shop to the many more within around it that has much better food and customer service

I'm not from Rosyth but decided to try the place out as my favourite chippy is closed on Wednesdays. I ordered a large fish supper, which I waited about 20 mins for. The place was pretty busy with delivery orders, and I'm happy to wait for cooked to order items. I have noticed that more and more people these days have got complacent with food delivery's after 3 years of covid restrictions were put in place. This puts more strain on the staff, and mistakes are unavoidable from time to time, as well as long waits. My fish supper was a good size, the chips were ample and tasty. It's definitely a shop I'd use again, and next time, I'll be ordering one of their wraps as I saw one being made, which made my mouth water.

Pizza dough was thick and undercooked. Felt like eating a soggy loaf of bread. Felt disgusting eating it. Got the french fries and they were alright. Took over an hour for a half cooked lump of dough and some toppings.
I got kids pizza meal and haggis fritters they tasted awful and both me and my family member haven't stopped being sick since eating .Dietary restrictions: There menu doesn't seem to have allot of dietary requirements on it

Absolutely appalled by the customer service. Would rather argue with customers on the phone than try and resolve the issue. Simple mistake made when ordering on the Website and owner not willing to rectify and claimed he was ‘too busy’ to talk about it. Disgusting
