I went for an order of the chicken box and forgot my 2 portion of chips.Phoned back to explain and the guys went over and above usual customer service and delivered them over 5 miles away within 15 mins.Brilliant food and even better service..easy 5 star.

I phoned an order in to pick it up at 19.25 .07837240312 ...I arrived on time to collect only to be charged an extra £3:50 ..I ordered a large fish supper & a sausage supper & a single sausage..I was charged £20:60 witch I have it on my banking app to prove what I paid..

Marinis used to be one of those takeaways that was always a hit and never a miss, but recently it’s been awful. The last few times I’ve ordered a pizza, it hasn’t been good. You put way too much cheese on. Can barely lift a slice without pulling off all the toppings.Consider making some changes!

Pizza was undercooked and the chicken was still pink. Pakora was over cooked and completely solid. None of it edible. No offer to refund or replace. Rip off

Lady that answered the phone - couldn't fault her. She was great. Man shouting in the background portrayed awful customer service.Ordered a fish box tonight and my fish was filled with bones to be told " we don't advertise it as having no bones" but they also don't advertise that it does which is a breach of health and safety and a very dangerous choking hazard.The attitude from the manager or owner whoever he was, was appalling. Thought I'd add to the series of 1* reviews that seem to be mounting up in regards to this takeaway. I will also be informing food hygiene standards as not once have I ever had a bone in a fish supper and if there ever was to be there'd be a *may contain* warning quite clear to see!Will not be back!!
