Filled my car up at 11am and purchased a few other item when at till cashier asked which pump I clearly pointed to pump 3 and then ask for a receipt, I didn’t check amount and paid by contactless.Wasn’t given a receipt so just left.Staff all know who I am as use the garage a lot plus family members had worked there in the past.Returned to car and programmed sat nav before driving away.Get a message from family friend who is known at garage to say I was undercharged by £20 so could I go back in and pay when I can, they had also been sent a photo of my receipt (which really shouldn’t have been sent a copy of the receipt as I may have purchased person items, which I hadn’t).I went back in at 22.20 to pay in my journey back to pay and explained to a lovely member of staff that I was told to come in and pay and explained what had happened she then said she didn’t know anything and that I had driven off and it would have been put down as a drive off (which I hadn’t as I had been charge for a different pump on the receipt.Obviously I was not happy about being accused of driving or ff in front of other customers and said I wasn’t happy as the woman should have paid attention to what she was doing.Then said I’d return in the morning and speak to Lee the manager.Then another man appeared on the shop floor so I asked him if he was a manager he just shrugged his shoulders without answering, so asked if he knew anything about it and could he take the payment save me coming back in morning.He replied so you want to complain that’s up to you not even answering whether he know anything of if he could take the money, his attitude was appalling.Then continued with attitude saying well the lady who served you just lost her dad which had nothing to do with me paying or being accused of a drive off, so said well can you take the payment or not with no answer I went to walk away he then said see you showing your compassion.Which had absolutely nothing to do with the situation in hand. After all I was only trying to pay for the mistake the woman had made!The man called David was beyond rude and had no right to speak to me or anyone in the manner he did!!!!!!!As I went to leave I said I’ll come back in the morning and see Lee to pay, the rude man waited until I was nearly out the door then shout so what time will you be in tomorrow still treating me as if I had stollen from then.By right it was the cashiers mistake which rather than it being taken from her pay I was happy to go back in to pay (and will be paying first thing tomorrow morning once the managers in) but there was absolutely no reason for them to talk to me the way they did or accuse me of driving off!!!!!!Total joke and think maybe staff should be trained a bit better and be more aware of what they are doing and how they speak to people

Hi I came in to pay for my fuel but another person accidentally paid my fuel for me.For some reason they couldn't give her a refund so I had to pay for her fuel and then bring in £20 in cash next time I was getting fuel.So I got fuel yesterday and payed for that and said about the £20 note I needed to pay. But the staff member had no idea what I was talking about.They said to call the manager, but I left my number instead so they could call me.Today I accidentally missed their calls so I called back.When I was on the phone I asked if I needed to pay right away or next time I come in like I did last time.The responded very rudely to me like it was obvious that I had to do it right away.I am going to pay the money back. But I thought the staff were very unprofessional and I don't understand why the couldn't refund the original person.Then when I came in to pay the money back, the manager did not let the rest of her staff know and I couldn't even do it.This team need to get themselves sorted or else there will be more unhappy customers like me.I only come here because it's convenient and the deals on the app are good.Right now I think the customer service of the staff here is terrible after my experience and I hope they don't mess it up again.It didn't help they treated me like it was my fault!

Witnessed very unhygienic practices here today where the lady wiped the floor surrounding the 2 Costa coffee machines with blue tissue then with same piece of tissue proceeded to fully wipe the coffee machine itself all over including the top where you prepare the coffee's, never be using that garage again made me feel ill no standard of cleanliness whatsoever

Occasionally use this station to refuel my works flatbed lorry and it's a huge benefit having a HGV lane making access easier and less waiting time.Staff are usually polite and the shopfloor/ toilet are clean.Never had any problems so far.

Petrol station was clean and tidy. VPower diesel and petrol available at all pumps. Inside shop there are Costa coffeemachines available as well as Hot and cold snacks. Also sells beer & wine. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Normally the supply in the store we have a very wide variety of articles and many different ones, I think there is a little bit of everything if we need it, the prices we already know are a little higher than in supermarkets, the service is always with a smile and good mood for the times I usually visit the loga I have nothing to say about the friendly staff

Out of diesel on almost all pumps. First thing in the morning too. Load of people queueing only to find those stupid small tags on the pump handle. Waste of everyone's time.update on reply - I don't fancy spending anymore time on this. Thursday morning at approx 815AM as far as I can remember.
