If I could rate the service a 10 I would! Lovely people who definitely know their customers, I'm a usual customer and always order the same, today I was feeling unwell so decided to pass on breakfast but just ordered for the kids, when I got my order it had my bacon roll (how sweet) so after having my roll I actually feel loads better, Lovely wee message too definitely makes your day, 10/10 as always ?

Shop itself is ok for sandwiches etc compared to others but the older lady Liz I think is her name needs to crack a smile and try pretend she wants to do the job she gets paid for, younger staff are attentive.
Terrible customer service. Staff rude and cheekily snapping at customers. Too busy having conversation among themselves to listen to customers, then blaming customer for the fact that they misheard. Maybe if they paid attention to those providing custom and kept their conversations for after their customers have been seen to then this wouldn’t happen. Will not be back.

My first port of call in the morning before work. Liz and the team are lovely always nice to grab my coffee and breakfast roll from here. I now have the greggs app on my phone to save my points thanks Liz ? nice to get a wee surprise coffee now and then using my points.
