This brand is getting worse day by day. As a customer I have been observing rude behaviour of managers on the floor. No complaints for staffs as they are trying their best to provide service. But there was one instance where I was waiting for my food near counter and an old lady (probably manager) was rude and arrogant to one of her employee in front of other customers. What kind of behaviour is this? Probably she needs some training. I could say this was kinda racism the way she was talking and her body language said it all. Just because its "mc Donalds" doesn't mean they are perfect in all the aspects. If a manager is making an atmosphere suffocated how should we expect as a customer to use your service? So pathetic. Not recommended at all ?

Ordered for the family via Just Eat 17th November. Indicated 'Order Being Processed' then 'With Driver'. Kids were watching at the window then after 30-40 mins I checked on the App again & was absolutely furious to discover the order had been cancelled & refund processed!! No warning or reason given. Disgraceful way to treat a customer. This is not the first time as my daughter has had similar experiences several times in the past. Never Again!!!!

Buy surely the just eats can be accommodated better.You can't move in the place, and the staff are either hopeless and uninterested or worked off their feet.The drinks lie for a while, meaning your coffee is usually metamorphosised from a hot capaccino to an iced version.And let's be frank its ain't as cheap as they'd make you believe
