“To the manager. Your quality is not in question, but you seriously need to address the consistency of your black pudding portion size. We asked for eight portions which ranged in size from a quarter of an inch on one side and three quarters on the other side. Another was like it had been cut blindfolded and none were the same. This may not seem much to you, but all of your bread rolls are the same size so it ended up with eight rolls all with a totally different amount of pudding in them. I can’t believe I'm having to say this. This is not difficult and it's happened to us before.
Maybe put two score marks on the cutting board and keep to them. As for the door wedge shape, I'm afraid I'm lost for words other than perhaps further education may help.”
