Our family have gone to Oscar's tonnes of times for various family celebrations and always love the food and service. This Christmas, my sister was too unwell to make it out for a meal and they were kind enough to organise a take away of our meals for us so that we could all spend Christmas together as a family. You have no idea how much this meant to us (as we had the same situation last year) and we are so grateful to the staff for going above and beyond. (And the food was great)!

Took mum here before heading in to see a movie, Although we had both been before and said we wouldn't be back we though since years had passed it may be different. How wrong were we, took 45 mins for food to arrive and was not very nice roasted lamb tasted as if it had been frozen and veg was overcooked and bland the roast potatoes never arrived instead they had boiled potatoes that tasted old and mash cost £40 for two roast lamb dinners and two soft drinks. Prices dont justify that slop

Went to the soft play. Cash only even though it's card only in the restaurant. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Soft play is grubby, obviously not been cleaned in years. Food is expensive and not very good.

Carbonara is my favourite go to dish if its on the menu presented with 2 slices of garlic bread, never had a Carbonara so dry yet oily no parmasan offered and nothing to dip the garlic bread in to. Kids menu is reasonable enough but for the prices and upmarket theme you would think sauces would come in bottles instead wee McDonald's type tear of saches kids all enjoyed the grub and staff where lovely just missing some simple touches.Cashless which personally I find an absolute disgrace.

My friend and I have been going to Oscars for 10yrs…but after todays visit think we shall give it a miss now…service was very poor not the same as it was when Laura was there she always had the place running smoothly for the customers and was very attentive ..been gradually changing over the last year ..so disappointed as we always loved our lunch dates here
