Avoid. With delivery EVERYTIME my food is freezing or the order is incorrect. The veggie plant patty wraps were inedible this time, not toasted as requested, and wrong cookies sent. Refund requested but not given "managers are never in" says young lassie on the phone. Recently when going into the store I feel like the subs are half filled from how they used to be. I won't be going back to, or ordering from Saltcoats subway again.

I’m in a lot & never had an issue the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and go as quickly as they possibly can. My order is always spot on. The place is recently decorated and is always clean and tidy anytime I’ve been inside.

Not friendly, forgot lettuce and veggies on my and my son’s subs and didn’t put any napkins in the bag… I won‘t recommend!

I've just had a very pleasant time in the store.It looks great.My reason for posting is to say that I was served by a lovely young lady.She has natural customer care skills that cannot be taught or learned.I've worked in customer care most of my life and I recognise good service.I hope the owner of the franchise reads this review and give her recognition for her skills.This young lady ( sorry didn't get name) is a credit to your company
