Disgusting food had gammon supper gammon deep fried too long all curled up and broken into 3 bits batter solid could break a tooth on it chips all dog ends waste of money phoned n complained only to b told she's too busy to listen wouldn't replace or refund so ignorant she mustve seen the muck she was serving up to me never b back there n she needs to brush up not only on cooking but the attitude for dealing with people with a complaint

The staff including the delivery driver were very friendly. I ordered a delivery of two munchy boxes and a cheeseburger supper.I asked for diet iron bru but got full sugarI didn't realise it was going to be a deep-fried burger so that was a bit disappointingI liked the idea that you can choose 5 items in the munchy box, the chips and curry sauce were nice however the haggis and black pudding was overcooked, and the mini burger was like a hockey puckOverall it was just ok, I wished we had gone back to Oscars for another meal instead

Been going for years usually order online went to store and Put £5 in the tip jar and they didn't see who it was, no big deal i didn't tip to be thanked but then heard them talking not in the nicest way about me and about how it couldn't have been me, never had complaints about the food but this interaction has made me not go back. I only had one earphone in best not to speak badly about customers when they're still in store just in case.
