Just placed an order. They forgot to include the spiced onions that were paid for and part of the order. When I phoned up to ask for them to be delivered I was told they were too busy. Would not refund me for the item and instead said next time I'd get them....sure. Won't use again.

Food is fine but as a word of advice DO NOT USE THE MUNCHEES APP! You will be charged and for some reason the shop does not receive the orders and you'll then have to dispute the transaction with your credit card company. Just use Just Eat app. It costs the shop more but its much more reliable.

1st time ordering from munchees, and it's fair to say I won't be getting anything from here again. The chips was half cooked and the cheese was in big clumps. It was the worst meal I have ever had

Hi,I use to order food here 2/3 times a week but...Why any time I order off just eat the delivery driver leaves my food on the floor. It is making me not want to order food again due to the cheek of it. Any time I pay with cash he's quick enough to come to the door but whenever it's just eat I have to pick my food up from the floor. As good as the food is 1 of the delivery guys has poor customer service and because of that you have lost a good customer. 1 of the guys is great he's fantastic but the other one with the balding head is the reason I won't order food again from here. As good as the food is I ain't a dog so until you get a new driver you have lost a good customer. Thankyou from Seaforth road.

Moved to Stewarton a year ago and used this restaurant since however ordered a chicken Pakora hoagie to receive it in a tortilla wrap. Called to ask why to be told that's just how it's done now. Advised to change on the menu from a chapati to tortilla and guy was rude wad told just telling you what the boss said. The pakora is clearly back het, dry burnt and inedible. The only decent thing was the cheese. Well done munchees you can melt cheese ?
