Staff cleaning was dismal.. place was dirty.. second time! Food was bland too.. Drinks dispenser ran out half way...Won't be rushing back to this BK.

Was in today and a woman named “Jen” was very rude. Attitude that came off her was certainly not customer service. Spoke to the manager and even when speaking to manager she had the cheek to turn round and mutter “oh putting a complaint in about me- ha” very unprofessional and also the fact other people heard this and then walked out not ordering. Food was not bad but certainly won’t be back here again with that attitude.

Place is pretty dead and can be unclean. Unless you order ahead you can wait for ages to be served with the slightest rush.

Food was just about warm staff didn't interact with customers at all on the plus sude it wasn't busy but I'm guessing that's no surprise if that's there everyday service won't b back at that 1

Didn't have any Tomato Sauce at the time and the food was average. BK in Princes St food was much better than here.

“Very poor management”I went to this restaurant with my husband and 3 months old baby for a dinner few days back, had to wait approximately 45 minutes- 1 hour to receive an order. And when I went to their manager to ask about an order politely, she was extremely rude and straight away told me to refund my money instead of resolving an issue with the order.
