First impressions not very good, Dirty tables from food as well empty boxes, floor also not brushed and lot of mess. Won't visit again.

Was a wait to be served as only one staff member serving. This same staff member appeared to be the only person that was also making up the orders for in-store customers. All the other staff were dealing with drive through or deliveries. This added to the delay in-store. Toilets were not very clean and there were signs that only minimal wiping a mop and cloth around were undertaken. Staff didn’t seem very interested in the customers, not making eye contact or smiling. Food was over seasoned compared to other kfc’s I’ve had - was like they sprinkled on additional flavourings that in turn made it very salty tasting and making you want to drink fluids. Wouldn’t be going back to this kfc again.Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options - it’s chicken.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible door and toilet but the disabled parking is on a slope. There isn’t any dropped counter or adapted tables.

I was literally the only one on the premises and it took them far too long to cook my meal.I don't get why fast food chains don't bother speeding up when few customers are present. Had it been more busy, perhaps I would have been served faster.ON A POSITIVE NOTE: they have seriously improved the quality of their chips and friend chickens. It was delicious

Waited 25 minute's for our order despite the fact that the fillets I had ordered were sitting under the lights, I appreciate that my husband had ordered on the bone which takes longer. The first time I went up to ask about the order the guy was really nice & explained about the chicken on the bone apologised & said it would be another 3 minutes, time went by & eventually our number was called... up I went & there was my coffee (no food) I didn't want it to get cold he said!! Attitude wasn't the best so my tone was rather sharp when I requested my food (AGAIN) started to put the food on the tray then in the middle of that he checked the screen for delivery and started a conversation about it with his colleague. Disappointed is an understatement will definitely not be back!
