Great takeaway - all in the party enjoyed their choices, duck, pork, beef and pork. Egg fried rice and prawn crackers. Cost for 4 was £37! A bargain for what we had. Would recommend and go again if in the area.

Tonight 05Nov2022, I ordered Prawn Crackers, Stir Fried King Prawn with ginger and spring onions, boiled rice and Prawn Crackers. Tasty food. Good portions as well. Great staff. I highly recommend Golden House Takeaway!

My wife and I both had take away meals and they were excellent.Service was quick and you certainly get plenty, great portion sizes.Overall really pleased.Just be aware that cards are not accepted, cash only. This is no trouble as long as you know in advance.

Turned up at 2100.Nobody about as the staff were eating out back, punctuated by a loud sniffing. To be honest that put us off but it made no difference as we were told "cash only".There is no cash point in Kincardine so we ended up driving to Banchory.Bad experience!
Phoned in to order and was told to wait a minute, 5 minutes later and still waiting. Hung up and went into the place to sit for 5 minutes with no-one front of house.. The phone went and someone appeared from just round the corner and took an order over the phone. Meanwhile 2 other customers had walked in yet to be served.. Once coming off the phone the 3rd customer to walk in went straight to the front of the queue and they took her order. At this point we walked out as we had wasted 15 minutes. Won't be returning due to the shocking service

Food quite reasonable.Staff quite surly, make sure you are very clear what you are ordering, a mistake which led us to paying for adult portions rather children's.
