Quaint. Run by old girl. Not too slow, since we had preordered coffee and scone for 8. Real cups and saucers, a few cakes around.

Love the ambiance of this place. Coffee, home bakes and scones all excellent.

Extremely friendly family run cafe. We had had our lunch previously so just had tea and tray bakes which were really worth the drive to get here. The Malteser tray bake is definitely worth the trip alone. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ clean plates all round

I love this wee cafe. The cakes are scrumptious and the tea is extra nice because it’s served in vintage china teacups. Ros, the owner is lovely and we always have a good blether when I go there. She even provides water for my dog.

What a find! Such a quaint little cafe, welcoming owner who is more than happy to share stories. Very reasonable prices and servings, delicious homemade cakes and bacon softies that will be spoken about for ages to come. If you have little ones that are getting impatient while waiting there is a play park just behind the cafe :) will definitely be back

As usual a lovely welcome from Rosalind at this quaint tearoom, this time my husband and I took my mother in law for a light lunch and cakes, with a proper cup of tea. You never feel rushed and its always nice to chat with our hostess who has lots of local information. Jams and Chutneys for sale as well as some hand knitted items. We will be back again.
