Made a complaint online. My food was lukewarm and the floor was dirty looked like a couple of days dirt round the bins.I got a £10 voucher to use and went to Tranent had a good experience there

Went into Tranent greggs the other morning and the 2 young staff members that were serving had terrible customer service. Disappointing!

I didnt go to greggs i was in tbe we roll shop next to it, couple off nice rolls sausage and bacon
Bake was stone cold. Wasn't told before purchase.
