Ordered a meal tonight and only half the order was delivered. When I phoned to let them know they said they would deliver the rest. Then they wanted another delivery charge. So they wanted paid twice for delivery. The food was mediocre nothing special but the attitude when I complained was I'll pass the message on. Customer service mediocre as well so I won't be back. Plenty of other nice restaurants in troon.

Waited almost 3 hrs to collect a meal as christmas eve & very busy.Fair enough i thought,,however the food was not good at all & i mean from the starters to the main,,,very bad show Panda house from a frequent customer,,also cash only??Normally we can use cards.

The Scottish girl answering the phone is slightly abrubt and speaks too fast. She is also like that when we go into collect our order. She could benefit from some customer service training. To speak a little slower, to be more patient, and to be more helpful and to smile. A nice Chinese person would probably be better.

Not as good as it was.Used to be great and a favourite, but the last few meals we have had just haven't been as good, and didn't really enjoy the last one at all. Chicken was a bit chewey :-(The katsu sauce is a nice new edition.Shame how it's went.

1st time ordering from the Panda House definitely won't be my last. Combination kung bo was delicious, hubby gave the big thumbs up for their beef curry. Excellent front of house service. Can't wait to work my way through their menu.

Absolutely first class. The bang bang chicken is amazing. I don’t live in the area and I’ve never managed to find another takeaway or restaurant that comes close (and I live in a tourist town with loads of great restaurants).

Amazing establishment. My partner is worried about eating takeaways as we had a bad experience with another place in the town when we clearly asked if the dish we ordered had pork in it and was told it didn't but it did and they fed us it any way and never apologised or done anything to rectify the mistake. When I phoned to order from Panda House and explained our specific dietary requirements, the man on the phone could not have been more helpful. They even marked the box specifically without pork in it to guarantee no confusion. Thank you so much for this. Panda House is now our go-to for takeaways in Troon. Very professional place that deserves all the love they get. Goes without saying but the food is to die for as well.
