Always get my order wrong, opt for a plain chicken wrap, 9/10 times they put mayo & salad in it, clearly don’t listen or write it down. Chicken was hard and uncooked this time round. Staff and owner are rude when you order on phone and when you’re served in the shop. No gloves or hair nets worn which is disgusting as most of his staff have long finger nails and long hair. Used to be brilliant but won’t be using it again.

Remember this is in Scotland, do not ask for Cod and chips. Haddock and chips was delicious. A varied menu with lots to choose from.Premises very clean, staff were very friendly. The wait wasn't too long either. Will go back again next time I'm in Turriff.

The food was excellent the staff excellent! We asked about white pudding, being from England and he gave us two pieces to try along with gravy! It was truly excellent and really tasty! Thank you so much!

Awfull customer service, called in to place an order and was told they had run out of food and they were closing ? really dissapointed with this service, and although it's our local chip shop I will now no longer be returning. An hour and a half before closing time we get told there is no food ??♀️ why even bother to answer your phone then? The last few visits our food was over cooked and dry and the chips had far too many small crunchie pieces for our liking. Also when ordering inside the shop the boss looks down his nose at you and shouts at staff....very off putting

Very poor! Chips & the batter on my fish were not cooked -very disappointing - I couldn’t eat it! My husbands chips in his supper not cooked properly either.
