Service is shocking, attitude stinks and God forbid you should ask for a hot pie or a sausage roll that's still in the oven. The young girls are always pleasant but the older ones 60 plus should maybe just retire if they hate people that much. ?
Staff are slow and passive aggressive, shop is not accessible for people with sensory issues and they don’t care the queue regularly reaches the car park causing a safety issue for people with young children

Last 3 Sundays shop open but no food,same excuse running late, staff attitude not what I expected ,if you advertise opening time of 8am on a Sunday I expect food, not told have a coffee and WAIT.

Say what you like about it. This is one of the only chains that actually offers value for money. In these cash strapped times and especially in Coltness Wishaw, you don't always want to pay 3 quid for a coffee. This branch has very friendly staff and the service is excellent. The meal deals in particular are good. It is recommended for a quick bite.
