Decided to give it a try stupid mistake ordered 2 gyro specials more soggy salad and tzatziki and a few scrapes of greasy meat food is greasy and the quality falls far below what greek food is chips taste poor quality and soggy meat is mostly fattty gristle decided to try village sausage owner refused point blank to sell it on its own had to buy 2 meals at £13 for 2 sausages and what on earth did i get check the picture out it tells no lies and it was deep fried AVOID THIS DUMP AT ALL COSTS go elswhere for greek food if you want quality and quantity cos this place in neither ?on the pictures what i thought i was getting and what i got absolute s%£t

This is hands down the best Greek food anywhere in Glasgow or Lanarkshire. I come from Coatbridge to the shop in wishaw and can’t recommend this place enough. Food is outstanding I’ve tried a lot from the menu and everything is amazing. My family absolutely love this place too. If you are looking for the best about then definitely gyropolis is the place. Family owned business and a very nice family always chatting away. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My 1st time ordering from Gyropolis, the delivery was late on this occasion due to high demand however received a phone call prior to apologise for this incovinence and that they were on the case to get my food delivered ASAP, good service in my opinion as not many food places would give the curtousy of a phone call and its always up to the customer to phone and chase.When the food arrived the delivery driver knocked on the door gently and not like you were going to be raided by the police, again good service.The food was exceptional, big potions and full of flavour, the food was still piping hot when it arrived and was definitely worth the wait.Will most definitely be ordering from Gyropolis again and recommend to all to try.

Amazing food delivered to us tonight. I’ve been to a lot of the Greek islands many times and the food from Gyropolis takes me right there. We’ve been using this fabulous place since moving in to the area and it never disappoints. Top notch!

i ordered online, took roughly an hour to come so not bad at all, the gyros was still nice and hot on arrival, big portion, was amazing, they also did what i requested for a change of meat on the gyros, the baklava wasn’t my favourite thing but it’s all personal preference, 5/5 all together, not expensive either, was only 15 and that’s including delivery, not expensive at all considering i’m the next town over from wishaw

My first visit and I ordered a Chicken Gyros and a Pork Gyros to try both with my girlfriend.....unfortunately we were both very disappointed to say the least !!!!There was not a lot of meat on either of the wraps, the pitta bread was a bit stale and the chips did not taste fresh either....I was so looking forward to trying the food but can say both wraps ended up in the bin and we ended up making roasted cheese on toast

As always delicious food, fast order processing. But I am very disappointed when it comes to the person delivering the food, we had an unexpected problem with the intercom. The lady called the contact number then we immediately opened the entrance. I wanted to apologize and give a tip, but the lady immediately threw the food with contempt and turned her back. She didn't respond to my apologies.

We tried Gyropolis for the first time on Friday since we love greek food and it was one of the best we have had! The food was so fresh and tasty! The staff took the time to make sure we ordered exactly what we wanted and the customer service was superb. The greek soft drinks were a great touch too. This has now become one of our favourite places to eat and we will definitely travel to Wishaw again for it! Thank you for great food and service!

Disappointed after having been recommended to try. Souvlaki wrap was mostly vegetables with a small portion of chicken in it. The chips and cheese was palatable but the dish was ruined by the takeaways decision to place the chips in to the microwave to melt the cheese, giving the chips an overly soggy texture. The saving grace of the order was the tirokafteri which tasted good but it is advertised as spicy and didn't have even a hint of heat unfortunately. It was a miss for me and wouldn't order again. Update: Changing my review from a fair and warranted 3 stars to 1 star to reflect the level of customer service after a condescending and arrogant reply from the owner in response to my fair and constructive criticism. For £5.90 i have had a mixed gyro from Mactassos which was larger, had plentiful meat and tasted far better than the souvlaki wrap i had from Gyropolis. I'm sure the chips were made fresh as you say, that was never disputed, but i watched the server place them in the microwave after the cheese was added. As for the "chilli flakes" on the tirokafteri, there was a dusting of red powder on the cheese but no chilli flakes. I stand by my original opinion that there was no heat from the dish and my taste is just fine. Might i suggest that when responding to reviews that don't sing your praises that you be more professional in your wording.

Ordered for first time this evening as love greek food. However what I was given was disgusting. Processed pork which was tasteless, processed chicken and horrible greek kebab which resembled Donna meat in texture. Would never go here again. Also overpriced. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT order from here. If you know what Greek food actually tastes like will be VERY disappointed. Never again.Parking: Access

Best takeaway about tbh. The chicken wrap with chips inside was lovely and fresh. The couple who work here are lovely aswell, always so friendly and really made me feel valued. I really enjoy the home made Tzatziki, it's delicious. They also do some really good Greek soft drinks. Would definitely return and personally recommend to others.
