Why is it you try & get 1 singular meat patty, but you have 2 pay the full hamburger price, even though you dont get the bun, pickles, ketchup or onions!! But u still pay full price of £1.19 for a meat patty!!! Disgrace!! Only wanted a treat for my dog!! Everwhere you go these days, companies are ripping you off!! Manager was not helpful at all!!!

Missing nugget from a 6 nugget meal, no sauce with the spicy nuggets, waited 20 mins to get the food, food was freezing cold (stay 5 mins from restaurant so not down to the journey home) after waiting 20 mins I'd have expected the food to be at least lukewarm. No additional sauces that we ordered. If I could give 0 stars I would have.Update to this - decided to give benefit of the doubt and paid 30.00 for meals for myself and my kids as a treat. Ordered via the mcdonalds app. For them to cancel my order over an hour and 20 mins later and then say I won't get a refund for up to 15 days? Absolutely disgusting service and I don't care you went through 2 delivery drivers then said the driver could not make the delivery despite one being at the restaurant for over half an hour and the order didn't even leave the kitchen? Then you waited another 20 mins to cancel my order. You can forget any future orders. Shocking service. There's only one star because it makes you give a star to leave a review. You'd get minus if it was possible. Worst mcdonalds there is.

Ordered from wishaw McDonald's today, half the order missing took over an hour to deliver when trying to contact on the phone nobody answering the phone. Abysmal service and won't be using again. Have to wait 7 days for a refund due to staff that are thick as mince and can't read an order.
Usually use drive thru on a Sunday but sat in this morning. Waited for order. Music playing in seating area and different music blasting from the kitchen.. Still waited for food. Finally had to go up and ask for it. Staff all seem to be doing just eat orders or standing around. No sorry for your wait , which I would have accepted. Very disappointed in food and service. Also mcmuffin has shrunk so that now filling is bigger!

When through the drive through and was asked for a different order and then once that was cleared up they only just gave me halfy order and I didn't realise till I got home. Utter hopeless

Really baffles me how people are incapable or perhaps just down right ignorant and can’t follow a simple task… like putting sauce that’s been requested in to a bag!!!!Very rarely order McDonald’s but genuinely won’t be back. Last order there was a cookie and sauce missing for that I’d payed for and before that they never sent me my hash browns I payed for. Joke of a place… worked in fast food shops when I was younger & it’s quite simple to follow a simple instruction really, especially when it’s sitting on a receipt in black & white right in front of your eyes ??
