We were lucky enough to get a last minute table on Saturday night and had a great time. Large portions, tasty sauces and reasonably priced. Will certainly be back.

My wife and I recently had a pizza here which was really good quality, so we thought that we might give it another go. Very disappointing I must say, meagre portions at a price befitting a 2 course meal. The pasta was clearly out of a bag, and the sauce was substandard with presentation being of the overarm style. The service was also quite poor with the manager being rather confrontary and bordering belligerent when we complained. If you do go, have the pizza. The other dishes are at your peril.

Sorry but very disappointed always wanted to eat here but lasagne was awful no minced beef/tomatoe/onion/mushroom ,no creamy cheesywhite sauce just a small dish of melted cheese(lots of it) with a very small amount of pasta and NO parmasen cheese any where to be seen?no side accompliment e.g a bit of green/salad?? Very expensive for what u got and very expensive drinks so just the 1 will do !!!!

Excellent food and service 10/10 was quite on a Thursday Eve when we went, but have seen it busy on weekends, would go again and recommend.

At school I would say I loved my history teacher because he was good looking and friendly. His lessons were pretty average and I'd probably not go back for resitting my a level. Not sure why this memory sums up the experience at this venue and I'm not that active on Trip Advisor however I'll just share a little.. We didn't realise this was not an authentic Italian restaurant until we engaged with the extroverted waiter/owner..we were staying in a hotel locally for the weekend and wanted authentic Italian cuisine and didn't take the time to look at reviews.. my sea bass was clearly from Iceland (not the country,) and the 3 tiny roasted new potatoes (delicious by the way) but I'm not on a diet, were not enough. My partner had a creamy generic pasta meal with bacon or chicken but either way a magnifying glass was needed to see any remnants of meat (sauce was tasty though) So although staff were falling over themselves to be friendly and I've been to Turkey 5 times and know they are friendly to tourists, however you need to employ an Italian chef or focus solely on Turkish food which would be amazing. Shrewsbury has an abundance of Italian restaurants so why compete? I know us Brits love Italian food so it's easier to pitch/market to that BUT perhaps experiment with the Turkish cuisine which is the family you are.
