wen through drive thru, we had to wait for fresh fries to cook so we got parked up. Once we received our bag of food we left, the burgers were not even like warm, we ordered an xl bacon cheese burger and a double whopper both meals. very dissatisfied today on Battlefield servicesWheelchair accessibility: only one space right in front of the door, today I couldn't park there as there was a car in the space and it had no badge on show, hence why we went through drive thru.

Not been here for ages due last poor experience and won’t come back again! Food was cold so had to complain eventually had another meal. Who puts chilled bacon on a hot burger? They said that’s how it should be !!!Parking: ✅

My husband Grandson and I dropped in for a spot of lunch, I put my order in to the touch screen machine, presented my visa card for payment but nothing happened. I again entered my order and presented my card for payment but again nothing happened. I approached the counter and explained my problem Nick came round the counter and helped me to again place my order but once again it did not accept it. Nick asked me what it was I wanted and he put my order together. He said they did not have a card machine at the counter, when i explained i didn't have any cash on me he said oh its ok. I offered to come in the following day to pay but Nick said no its ok don't worry. He was very helpful and understanding. Thank you Nick you made an old lady very happy.

We have just paid nearly £16.00 for plain whopper & what should have been whooper double cheeseburger. We said it was takeaway & they served on a tray which they then corrected & placed in paperbag my husband had to dash away & when he opened his burger it was the tiniest cheeseburger, ive tried ringing twice but can't get an answer service was disgusting. Shame, motorway Burger King always been good.

So rude and unhelpful you really need to train your staff lost a£50 order as I walked out . Not everyone wants to use machines to order food as you claimed the tills were for cash and the card machine broke was still working at the drive through and on your automated machine I guess you just cba so I will never come to your restaurant again

They forgot most of my order 2 chips 1 burger and a bottle of drink on Uber eats and they don’t answer the phone after multiple calls!

Took quite a while for our food to be served, considering the place wasn't particularly busy when we placed our order. But it was hot and tasty when it arrived. Prices have gone up a lot since I last ate at BK, not too convinced it's worth the extra price tag.
