Ordered a KFC 10 Pce bucket this evening from this KFC, via Just Eat. The app showed it had been delivered but we have received nothing! On contacting them they say they can't do anything as they are Just Eat drivers. So they're happy to take our money for an order, but take no responsibility for the delivery, although they're happy to use the Just Eat drivers to deliver their orders! So we end up with no meal, it being for a special occasion, and out of pocket, and will have to fight to get our money back from Just Eat! Great customer service I must say!

Went to kfc, ordered a party bucket... I just got home after a busy day and found no chips or side orders. Tried to phone numerous times and eventually someone answered but couldn't be bothered to speak!! Will not be coming back again absolute

Food Took Excessively Long Yet nobody Waiting Chips Were Raw and My Chicken Was Mushy The place smelt odd and The Decor was Filthy with Rubbish about and Chairs With Tape on Them unfortunately my partner had Severe stomach cramps and Diarhea Throughout the Night Couldn't complain straight away as took away Made complaints online nothing The place Seriously needs looking at

One of the worst Kfc I've been in. Staff were not attentive and not bothered to get our order despite that there was no one on queue at the counter.Typical kfc food, it was served in okay time. But what bothered us the most is the floor is just sticky, they couldn't have just cleaned it, the toilet wss horrible.

Made an order for £82 and all I received was burger meal for £6!When I get to the store and asked for manager girl said she couldn’t find manager in store and none seemed to care about the mistake they made.Really

My order wasn’t called out, so I had to go and grab it from the counter after waiting 15 minutes. When I returned to my table, 3 parts were missing. Two staff members walked away from me at the counter, so I had to shout for someone else to help me. They gave me the missing burger and chips, but told me they had no beans and walked away. A man came back and said “your burger is there now” to which I said I also paid for beans, so I needed a refund if they didn’t have these. After 22 minutes, I sat down with my meal, but they did manage to find me some beans.. Overall, it was a very messy service and I wouldn’t come back to this branch. There is nobody on the store floor either, so the general seating and walk-in area is not as clean and pleasant as in some KFC stores.

disgusting like every other review the place is a open dust bin went here with family for something quick and easy I asked the staff member if he could clean a table as they was all dirty he said which 1 u sitting at and just cleaned that 1 even though they all needed cleaning staff members got no manners either hopefully we don't have a upset stomach tomorrow but avoid this place if you can

Ordered from here at 8:50 and waited and waited and waited and at 9:56 (still preparing) they cancelled the order leaving it too late to order from elsewhere, this has happened too many times enough to leave this
