Lad in drive through needs to go on a course to talk to customers better. Then double charged me as their card machine was not working properly! So can’t get money back as don’t have a receipt either because machine was broken. So having to take bank statement in to prove it !!!!

Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I patiently waited for service. However, I was ignored by the staff for a considerable 15 minutes. Despite my attempts to get their attention, no acknowledgment was made, leaving me feeling disregarded and frustrated.

What have they done to their fries ? awful & got to say compared to McDonald's kids meal was disgusting for the price. This particular place was cold and draughty. No atmosphere at all.
Amazing food, unfortunately the staffs headset wasn't working properly so they struggled with our order, the person in front of us, in a van knocked the height barrier off which nearly hit our car n staff didn't seem to understand. We still had to go in and get items off our order .

Slightly disconcerting to find amended use by dates on food purchases. The pineapple slice "use by" sticker looked loose so I looked and on inspection found another date sticker underneath with an earlier date on it. Don't try to extend dates on your food. You are deceiving your customers. I was in a rush or would have complained in person.
